WSP is looking for an Early Professional Structural Engineer-in-Training to join our Buildings Structures team. This role is ideal for candidates aiming to develop their skills in structural design and contract administration. You will work closely with experienced engineers and engage in several critical activities ranging from technical documentation to field reviews, ensuring you build a solid technical foundation in your career.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support structural design and project analysis for buildings
• Assist in developing structural models and calculations




• Contribute to designs using steel and concrete
• Participate in contract administration and construction monitoring
• Conduct field reviews to support project delivery

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering
• Registered EIT or eligible in Alberta
• 0-2 years relevant structural engineering experience
• Knowledge of structural design principles
• Familiarity with structural analysis software is a plus
