This role is vital to the Maintenance team, where you conduct preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to improve equipment functioning. You will work closely with the maintenance coordinator while adhering to safety standards and ensuring compliance with manufacturer recommendations. Your expertise will not only reduce downtime but also impact overall production efficiency positively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete equipment upgrades and efficiency-driven repairs
• Assist in mechanical equipment installation and assembly




• Address breakdowns swiftly for minimal disruption
• Perform preventative maintenance and adjustments as needed
• Mentor apprentice millwrights using your solid mechanical skills

Requirements:
• Valid BC or Interprovincial Journeyman Millwright ticket
• 1-3 years of industrial mechanic experience
• Familiarity with welding and fabrication
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize workload in a dynamic setting
