PassFort is looking for a dedicated individual to support clients in using Moody's Analytics Lending Solutions products. This role involves assisting clients through web, email, and telephone communications, ensuring they derive maximum value from the software.
The ideal candidate must possess robust customer service skills, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science, and fluency in English and Spanish. A thorough understanding of financial statements is necessary.
