We have 4 RPN vacancies for LTC facility in Collingwood to provide care. Shifts may vary from mornings to evenings to overnights and every other weekend. Need to have 2 plus years experience.

The successful candidate’s areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to,



the following:

Provide nursing care

Drivers license and reliable car are mandatory for this position.

Providingcognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual support

Provide behaviorsupport and crisis intervention

Maintaining open communication with client and their family

Monitoring care plan and adding documentation with any changes and updates

Responding to all emergency situations

All other duties, as assigned

Follow Care Plan

Clear and detailed care notes

Key qualifications for this position will include, but are not limited to:

RPN certificationrequired

Valid First Aid/CPR certificate within last 12 months
