Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk operations efficiently
• Answer and redirect incoming calls professionally
• Greet and assist all visitors courteously




• Conduct regular cleaning and sanitization of areas
• Respond to emergency systems and resident needs

Requirements:
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills
• Experience in cleaning and laundry within healthcare
• Previous reception experience is an asset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
