Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulationsProvide emergency / unscheduled / scheduled repairs of production equipment during productionPrepare and start up machinery and equipment for scheduled production runsConducting preventative maintenance activities and prioritizing tasks accordinglyEnsure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on motors, pneumatics, conveyor systems and production machines; following diagrams, operation manuals, manufactures instructions and engineering specifications and troubleshooting malfunctionsPerform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical,
pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair or production machinesRead and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and serviceBasic computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be willing to work overtime when requiredMust have a basic tool kit. The employee tool allowance will allow for additional toolsSkills & Requirements:Minimum educational requirement of high school diploma or GED with relevant work experience and trade certificates (433A)Self-motivation and ability to work in an workplace without direct supervision for extended periods of timeAbility to act in accordance with Standard Procedures supporting company-wide operational, service and safety guidelinesExcellent organizational skillsStrong verbal and written English communication skills
