You will work directly with customers to assess their needs, recommend and fit home health products, and ensure they feel confident and supported in their care at home.If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a collaborative healthcare workplace, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in your community.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Support & Product ExpertiseAssist customers in selecting and fitting home health products, including mobility aids, compression therapy, and daily living supportsProvide clear, compassionate guidance to help customers use products safely and effectivelyBuild trusted relationships through a patient-first approachOperations & CoordinationManage ordering, inventory, and merchandising within the home health departmentProcess third-party billing and maintain accurate documentationSupport efficient workflow across retail and healthcare service areasCollaboration & Community CareWork closely with pharmacists, healthcare professionals, and community partnersContribute to health and wellness initiatives within the communityHelp foster a supportive,
