Students develop human skills through real‐world projects, small peer groups, and guidance from Role Model Mentors.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with prospective and enrolled familiesIntroduce GrowMate programs and answer parent questionsFollow up with interested families and support enrollmentCoordinate student groups, schedules, mentors, and classesMaintain ongoing communication with parents and mentorsHelp organize venues, showcases, and program activitiesSupport local marketing and community outreachDevelop relationships with schools, community organizations,



and other partnersHelp improve day‐to‐day operating processes as the program growsQualificationsFluent Mandarin Chinese is requiredStrong spoken and written EnglishStrong communication and interpersonal skillsOrganized, proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownershipComfortable speaking with parents and following up with prospective familiesAble to manage multiple tasks in a small, rapid‐moving environmentExperience in education, program operations, customer service, sales, marketing, enrollment, or community programs is an assetWork ArrangementPart‐time, approximately 15–25 hours per week initially. Some flexibility in working hours. Must be located in Metro Vancouver and available for in‐person meetings and activities when needed.
