With our wide variety of contracts, we have a position that will accommodate your needs and help you reach your goals.What's in it for you?We offer competitive wages starting at $23 & comprehensive health benefitsUniform provided free of chargeOpportunities to grow alongside GardaWorldContinuing education through GardaWorld AcademyResponsibilities For An Assistant Shift Secuirty SupervisorReview all submitted team incident reports for quality assurance.Liaise with client, contractors, tenants, emergency services.Review and export of CCTV footage using digital CCTV systems.Providing excellent costumer service to various tenants.Provide first aid and basic life safety in an emergency situation.Must be able to cover a guards shift on a as needed basisCoordinating day to day operations to the site supervisorResponsible for ensuring that security licenses are up to date for bullpen staffAssisting the Field supervisor in tracking various training matrixes for guards and the team leads.Maintaining Training Matrix and performing other responsibilities as per assigned by the client.Qualifications For An Assistant Shift Secuirty Supervisor1 to 3 years experience in security supervisor experienceExcellent oral and written interpersonal skills (English an asset)Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookValid Alberta Security license and first aid cardMust be able to work 4/4 - 2 12 hour day shifts & 2 12 hour night rotational shiftDemonstrated ability to follow operational security measures, protect confidential information, and exercise good judgment and discretionDemonstrated comprehension of the Canadian Criminal Code and Trespass to Property Act powers of arrestBe eligible to work in CanadaMust have strong customer service skills, mature attitude and professionalismAbility to work in a fast-paced, changing environmentLeadership and mentorship skillsAble to work in a team environment or independently as requiredGardaWorld: Make the world a safer placeGardaWorld, a global leader in security, offers exciting career opportunities in an evolving industry.
