CSN Dundas Valley is looking for an experienced Collision Estimator to deliver precise vehicle assessments and prepare estimates for repairs. This role is critical in enhancing customer communication and satisfaction while supporting the overall repair process. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of collision repair standards and software.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver accurate repair estimates for all vehicle damages
• Ensure compliance with insurer and OEM guidelines
• Clearly communicate repair timelines and updates to customers




• Maintain accurate data in estimating management systems
• Control repair costs and source parts efficiently

Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Collision Estimator
• Proficiency in Mitchell Connect and Audatex software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid Driver's License with clean abstract
• I-CAR training and OEM-specific training an asset
