Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is seeking a Health Care Aide for the Transition Team (V3 Downtown) in Winnipeg. This term, in-person position supports community and home-based care as part of the V3 Downtown Team within WRHA Community Health Services.
Requires a Health Care Aide certificate; travel between client homes may be required. CN or occupancy checks are noted; shift patterns include early mornings and variable days per the roster.
