Lifemark Health Group seeks a Bilingual Helpdesk Agent Tier 1 to support employees nationwide from a remote location. You will handle tickets, provide frontline IT assistance, and work in a collaborative workplace reporting to the Senior Helpdesk Manager.
The role requires fluency in French and English, strong communication, and experience in enterprise IT support, with familiarity with Windows, Office 2016–O365, and CRM tools like Salesforce, Zendesk and ServiceNow.
