NOTE: THIS SHIFT IS FROM 4:00PM TO 12:30PM
Duties and Responsibilities Lead and support a team of 2–3 forklift operators.
Oversee loading and unloading of trailers.
Coordinate and prepare preloads for the following day.
Identify any OSD (Over, Short, Damaged) issues and report them promptly.
Ensure daily dock checks are completed accurately.
Monitor forklift condition and arrange service, maintenance, and repairs.
Ensure daily forklift inspections are completed and documented.
Observe forklift operators and correct unsafe or improper driving behaviors.
Monitor supplies such as windshield washer fluid and DEF to prevent shortages.
Requirements and Qualifications Previous experience in the transportation or logistics industry.
Valid forklift license (Counterbalance and Walkie).
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a quick‑paced environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications, specifically Word & Excel.
Additional Information: This role is currently open and available for hire.
