Downer's Energy and Utilities business has an opportunity for an experienced Compliance Advisor to join our Power Projects team.Reporting to the Head of Quality, Governance and Support Services, you will support the ongoing implementation and administration of training and competency requirements across the business. You will maintain compliance within Downer and client competency management systems while also supporting apprenticeship programs and plant risk management system compliance.This role will see you work closely with operational teams, clients, registered training organisations, suppliers and subcontractors to coordinate training activities and maintain accurate competency records.Key responsibilities include:Coordinating training providers, venues, schedules and resourcesSupporting site inductions and project specific training programsCompleting training needs analysis for employees and subcontractorsMaintaining training calendars, registers and booking recordsCreating and updating profiles within Downer and client competency management systemsUploading licences, qualifications and induction recordsMonitoring competency, course and certification complianceIdentifying upcoming expiries and escalating compliance exceptionsPreparing regular compliance and training reportsSupporting a proactive and positive approach to health, safety and environmental requirementsWhat we're looking forYou will be an organised and solutions focused compliance professional who can manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.To be successful,
