This role is all about hands-on content creation, primarily short form video: filming, editing, and crafting content that reflects each brand's voice and drives real credibility, connection, and results.WHAT YOU'LL DOContent CreationCreate short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) from start to finish: strategy, scripting, filming, editing, captions, and formattingCapture video and photo content on-site for clients and projectsWrite captions that sound like the brand, not a templateOptimize every post: tagging, covers, and formattingCraft carousels from photo and video contentCreate story content and light graphicsTrend & Format Tracking + ImplementationUnderstand what makes content perform, not only what looks goodStay plugged into trends, features, and platform updates before they're old newsContinuously learn new editing tools, techniques, and features on your own, including AI capabilitiesRegularly propose and test new formats, hooks,
