Location: Windsor, ONSummary & Required Qualifications: Primarily PC/end-user focused with some specific deliverables being:Build shopfloor PCs using USB image (over 130 across all 3 sites)Participate in shopfloor planning discussionsDeploy shopfloor machines in accordance with agreed planProvide "hand and feet" support for remote teams, to includeConnecting laptop to network devices for remote configurationConnecting laptop to firewall(s) for remote configurationConnecting laptop to compute switches for remote configuration(No technical skills required for hand and feet support other than ability to start teams meeting and screen share)Assist with printer migration by updating print drivers on PCs and troubleshootingAssist with application migration by updating PCs to connect to current applicationsProvide day-to-day end-user desktop support as needed, including troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and performing standard application installations.Support technical PC and standard user process activities associated with physical security and other compliance requirements.
