You will be motivated and empowered every day to make a significant difference in the lives of your customers.We offer great hours between 10am and 6 pm.Job DescriptionCan you?Learn and adapt quickly to solving various foot issues with footwear and/or orthotic recommendationsUnderstand customer needs and promote and up sell products and offer valuable product knowledge to customersExhibit effective communication with customers including customer phone calls, emails, voicemail responses, including some conflict managementEmploy basic computer skills - for example: responding to customer emails and using our POS system & microsoft windows applications (Word, Excel)Update customer's files and prepare documentation for customer's insurance papersMake follow up calls to new and existing customers to maintain relationships and to cultivate additional businessRespond to customers' requests and inquiries in a timely mannerQualificationsDo you have?A minimum of 1 year experience in a sales and/or a customer service environmentBilingualism (English/French) is required, both written and verbalThe candidate must bilingual as we deal with both French and English speaking clientele on a daily basis.
