Quinte Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse to join the Complex Continuing Care (CCC) Unit at Belleville General Hospital. In this 18-bed unit, you'll deliver patient-centered care, support restorative and end-of-life goals, and collaborate with a broad interprofessional team to meet each patient's physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.You will contribute to slow-stream rehab, coordinate care planning, and uphold safety and quality standards while helping patients
