This is a technical, hands‐on production role focused on operating CNC equipment and producing accurate, high‐quality components for our custom doors.You will work from detailed shop drawings and production specifications, use strong mathematical and measurement skills, and operate our Biesse Rover B 5‐axis CNC equipment. While CNC production will be a key focus, flexibility is important as production needs change and you may be required to support other lines or departments.You'll Enjoy This Role If YouHave hands‐on CNC production experience, ideally in door manufacturingEnjoy working with precision equipment and custom productsCan confidently read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and production specificationsHave strong math, measurement, and mechanical skillsTake pride in producing accurate,
high‐quality workAre comfortable troubleshooting equipment and production issuesCan work independently while contributing to a teamAre flexible and willing to support other production lines or departments as business needs changeWhat You'll DoOperate and monitor Biesse Rover B 5‐axis CNC equipment to manufacture custom door componentsSet up and operate CNC equipment using shop drawings, blueprints, and production specificationsCalculate and verify dimensions, angles, measurements, and machining requirementsMeasure and inspect components to ensure accuracy and qualityTroubleshoot machining and production issues and make appropriate adjustmentsMaintain production quality, efficiency, and safe operating practicesKeep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and safeSupport other production lines and departments as requiredContribute ideas that improve quality, efficiency, safety, and production processesWhat You BringRequired QualificationsPrevious hands‐on experience operating CNC equipment in a manufacturing or production environmentStrong ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and technical specificationsStrong mathematical and measurement skillsMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityExperience using precision measuring toolsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to work across different production lines and departments as business needs changeCommitment to workplace safety and secure operating practicesStrong AssetsExperience operating a Biesse Rover B 5‐axis CNCCNC experience in door manufacturing, millwork, cabinetry,
