Key Responsibilities:
• Perform nightly Front Office operations and audits
• Lead Front Desk team in the absence of management




• Interact with guests to collect feedback and resolve issues
• Maximize revenue through same day selling procedures
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
• 1-3 years guest service or Front Desk experience
• Previous hotel supervisory role required
• High School Diploma; management degree preferred
• Proficient with property management systems
