Become a full-time Resident Care Attendant with AgeCare at Brandt's Creek Mews in Kelowna, BC. Support residents with personal care and collaborate in their nursing care plans while ensuring a comforting environment.

In this vital role, you’ll report to the Director of Care, ensuring adherence to provincial care standards and guidelines. Your responsibilities include observing residents’ conditions, assisting with daily activities, and coordinating care plans with the nursing team. You'll prioritize individual needs, promote wellness, and maintain high standards of resident comfort.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor resident changes during hygiene and mobility assistance
• Participate in developing individualized Nursing Care Plans
• Assist with bathing, feeding,



and daily living activities
• Provide routine treatments under Nurse supervision
• Report changes in resident conditions promptly

Requirements:
• Registered with BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry
• Minimum HCA Provincial Certification required
• At least 5 years' HCA experience in continuing care
• Experience caring for residents with Dementia
• Ability to lift and transfer clients safely
