CBI Home Health in Hamilton is seeking a Care Access Representative to coordinate scheduling for Personal Support Workers, Health Care Aides and Nurses in a high-volume contact center.
You will manage chats, inbound/outbound calls, data entry and intake, respond to scheduling requests, resolve issues, and ensure continuity of care. This is an on-site, full-time role with a adaptable environment and comprehensive rewards.
