Your responsibilities will include designing person-centered recreation programs and collaborating with nursing staff to assess individual resident needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement person-centered recreation programs
• Coordinate engaging activities for residents' well-being




• Monitor resident progress and provide recommendations
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident participation
• Assist in setup and takedown of events

Requirements:
• Minimum one year of recreation programming experience
• CPR and First Aid certifications required
• Experience in mental health or residential care environments preferred
• Robust communication skills and teamwork
• Flexibility in work shifts
