All Equip Repair in St. Marys, Ontario is seeking an Experienced Welder/Fitter to join a diverse shop. You will work in production and custom fabrication, reading drawings, welding aluminum and steel, and solving fit‑up challenges on prototypes and repeat parts.
You will move between production welding, custom fabrication, and hands‑on problem‑solving with engineering teams. This role requires 5+ years of experience, MIG welding, and a commitment to quality in a busy manufacturing setting.
