As a Remote Baker for Dexterra Group, you are responsible for baking sweet and savory products for a bagged lunch program and daily menus. This role requires large-scale camp cooking experience and the ability to work independently. You'll maintain high food safety and quality standards, ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients in a supportive camp environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Produce scratch and pre-fabricated bakery products
• Prepare and plate cakes, pies, and menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards




• Complete HACCP and production logs
• Stock and maintain bakery service area

Requirements:
• Current Food Protected certificate is required
• Large scale camp cooking experience required
• Red Seal certification is an asset
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
