Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Cutting-edge Learning ticketing system effectively
• Provide tier-two support for educational technology inquiries
• Conduct 1:1 virtual training sessions for faculty




• Monitor performance and analyze support trends
• Develop training resources for the Innovative Learning team

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in a complex support environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with MS365 and LMS platforms
• Diploma or equivalent in relevant fields
• Platform-specific training (100 hours or less)
