Johnson Electric in Ancaster, ON is seeking a Rig Setup Production Associate to optimize manufacturing operations and improve production throughput. You will set up and maintain presses, troubleshoot issues, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to maximize productivity and quality.
You should have a Mechanical Tech diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years in high-speed manufacturing, solid problem-solving skills, and the ability to read blueprints and operate manufacturing systems.
