Lush Handmade Cosmetics is seeking a Floor Leader for Champlain Mall in Canada. You will guide a team of sales associates on the shop floor, coach for better performance, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while supporting store management.
In this role you will promote our ethical standards, train staff, and help drive daily sales through demonstrations, product knowledge, and customer engagement. Your leadership will contribute to a positive, productive store workplace.
