As a Quality Inspector reporting to the Quality Supervisor, you will conduct comprehensive product inspections and audits, and initiate corrective actions on deficiencies. In this leadership role, you’ll also mentor lower-level inspectors and uphold high quality standards. Collaborating with the Quality Department, your work significantly impacts product excellence and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Test incoming raw materials and products for quality compliance
• Conduct first off inspections and gauge repeatability studies




• Approve products for distribution and issue Nonconforming Material Tags
• Train inspection personnel and assign duties effectively
• Analyze quality reports and suggest corrective actions
Requirements:
• Secondary school completion or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in high-volume automotive manufacturing
• Proficient in CMM operation and programming
• Ability to perform PPAP layouts
• Knowledge of TS-16949 quality standards
