OPENLANE is seeking a bilingual Technical Customer Service Agent for a remote Canada role. You will provide exceptional support, troubleshoot issues, and aim for first-contact resolution within our digital marketplace for used vehicles.You will handle 60-100 interactions daily across chat, cases, and phone, using Salesforce and our telephony tools. Work hours align with EST, Monday–Friday, with a 40-hour work week.
