This work includes but is not limited to on-site training and direction of crew members & lead hands, driving a truck with an attached trailer, shoveling snow,



operating small engine equipment (backpack blowers, sweepers, & snow blowers), scraping ice, and assisting other departments as needed.Provide instruction to the crewDrive your crew to sites around the city and surrounding areasShovel snow and clear ice from all designated areas, including sidewalks, walkways, and entrance points.Apply salt, sand, ice melt, or gravel as requiredOperate and utilize machines such as snow blowers, sidewalk sweepers, and backpack blowers to clear snow efficientlyRemove all garbage and debris from sites to maintain cleanliness standardsWhat You Bring to the TableMinimum 1 year of crew leader experience in the landscaping/property maintenance industryAble to work on-call during the winter seasonDemonstrated competency in using property maintenance equipment (shovels, snow blowers, backpack blowers, sweepers)Commitment to demonstrating high-quality workmanship, efficient production, and exceeding safety requirementsClean and professional appearance, punctual, and dependableGrow Your Career with UsAre you the ideal candidate for this role?
