Become a Full-Time Direct Support Professional with our Adult Supported Group Living Services. You will provide essential personalized support and foster community inclusion for residents.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals for this permanent role, requiring 80 hours per pay period. Successful candidates will support residents through case management, personal care, and skill development. Collaboration with colleagues and maintaining effective communication is crucial in ensuring high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with task assignments under Team Lead direction
• Aid individuals with financial matters and budgeting
• Develop and implement Individual Support and Person-Centered Plans




• Facilitate weekly medication setup and reconciliation
• Maintain a safe setting through home inspections

Requirements:
• 2-year Community College Diploma or equivalent experience
• Police clearance with vulnerable sector screening
• Valid G driver's license for agency insurance
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
