A Dietary Aide is responsible for preparing and/or building food items on the beltline and portioning various items while providing customer service and adhering to food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and build food items for patients

Portion menu items in large quantities

Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures

Replenish food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels.

Maintain general knowledge of therapeutic diets

Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward coworkers, customers and guests.

Adhere to ARAMARK safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation standards

Maintain compliance with ARAMARK’s standards of operation. Adhere to ARAMARK’s Business Conduct Policy at all times.

Qualifications

Requires lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs.

Food Handlers Certificate Required

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills

Must be able to multi task, work independently and as a team

Positive work attendance record is essential

Follow all new and existing departmental policies and procedures
