Senior Analyst Investment Operations – 6 Month Contract Responsibilities Support investment closings, including documentation review, system setup, transaction processing and settlement.
Manage daily trading activity, cash events and the lifecycle of investment transactions.
Maintain accurate investment records, positions, reconciliations and asset servicing activities.
Support complex fixed income investments and monthly/quarterly valuation reviews.
Investigate and elevate discrepancies or operational issues as required.
Partner with internal teams, asset managers and service providers to resolve issues and meet reporting requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.




5+ years of relevant investment operations experience, with strong fixed income experience.
Strong understanding of settlements, reconciliations, valuations and asset servicing.
Strong analytical and financial skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
CFA, CPA or CBV designation is considered an asset.
Pay Rate $40.00/ Hour
You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this opportunity.
