Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee nursing budget and supply ordering
• Foster a cheerful environment for staff growth
• Direct implementation of company policies and procedures
• Ensure quality nursing services for all residents
• Manage risk and handle incident reports

Requirements:
• Must be a Registered Nurse in Ontario
• Minimum one year in long-term care
• At least three years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of health care legislation
• Effective communication and customer service skills
