Hickman Automotive Group is looking for an Internet Lead Sales Consultant to join our team at Hickman Motors in Gander, NL .

The Internet Lead Sales Consultant is responsible for seeing through all incoming internet leads, focusing on booking appointments and maintaining customer relationships on a daily basis. If you have strong communication and customer service skills, we would love to have you on our team!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Adherence to established Sales Processes and Procedures and securing quality appointments.

Knowledge of company products (prices, models, options, warranties, vehicle maintenance, equipment).

Daily follow-up via various channels including calls, emails, texts, and videos with current and prospective customers (minimum of 20 touchpoints a day).

Collaborate closely with BDC to manage incoming leads and schedule appointments.

Ability to create and send walk-around videos to clients.

Work effectively both within a team and independently, taking accountability for customer follow-up.

Polished communication skills with customers, including product presentations and needs assessment through effective interviewing and questioning.

Calculation of cost allowances, fees, taxes, and down payments to determine vehicle pricing.

Assist sales manager in completing each sales contract to meet customer needs.

Active engagement on social media platforms.

Qualifications:

Sales courses or experience in a sales role considered an asset.

Experience in the automotive industry is considered an asset.





Experience in the customer service industry with knowledge of telephone/email techniques and etiquette.

High school diploma.

Valid NL driver's license

Strong work ethic.

Well-developed team member skills.

Robust time management and organizational skills.

Excellent interpersonal, telephone and communication skills.

Strong negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Basic understanding of CRM utilization considered an asset.
