As the Manager of Métis Health Equity, you will provide supervision to the Community Health Resource Navigation team while ensuring high-quality navigation services. Your leadership will encompass workflow design, budget oversight, and the development of impactful partnerships. You will address health equity challenges faced by Métis families and communities in Ontario, promoting equitable access to health supports.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
