Accomsure is the first Canadian full service Additional Living Expenses (ALE) Specialist. Accomsure manages the short term and long-term ALE requirements for policyholders allowing the policyholder the ability to focus on their basic needs while freeing up adjusters and Insurance Companies to focus on the claim.

We provide assurance and peace of mind for policyholders and adjusters during catastrophic events (i.e. Fire, Water, Flood damage), getting them back to normality as soon as possible.

Job Description: Corporate Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Corporate Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative operations of our Corporate Department. This is a process-driven role built around accuracy, consistency, and reliable turnaround on recurring tasks, ideal for someone who takes genuine satisfaction in doing repeatable work correctly every time, rather than someone looking to shape strategy or build a heavy external network.

Key Responsibilities

Book headshots and print ID badges for new starters

Request background checks for new starters

Update email distribution lists on new arrivals /departures

Update the org chart following organizational changes

Post jobs on internal and external recruitment sites as notified

Recognition & Reporting

Process SureBucks nominations into Collage HR and send recognition messages via Teams

Complete monthly vacation accrual reporting on the 1st of each month

Complete hourly timesheet reporting on the 11th and 26th of each monthInitial processing of partner report requests

Complete your own expense reports within Finance's set timeline

Travel Coordination

Process travel and sponsorship requests: compare and book flights, hotels, car hire,



and ferries and log bookings via MS Form; escalating to the Director when a request exceeds standard targets

Identify conference speaking opportunities at least twice yearly, reviewed with the Director

Office & Event Support

Monitor and clear the corporate inbox daily, flagging or resolving items

Order annual swag within set out budgets, reviewing choices with the Director beforehand

Assist with office and Town Hall event logistics as needed

May be required to assist or escape IT and Marketing matters when their line manager is on vacation

What We're Looking For

Robust attention to detail and comfort with high-volume, repetitive data entry, this role involves entering and cross-checking information across multiple systems daily

A process-follower by nature: able to work within defined SLAs and fixed monthly deadlines without needing to redesign the approach

Trustworthy with sensitive employee data (background checks, timesheets, vacation records)

Professional and courteous in limited, transactional interactions (email, Teams, occasional booking calls), this is not a relationship-building or client-facing role, so a naturally understated, task-focused style suits it well; equally, the role requires enough comfort with routine written and verbal communication that basic email/Teams exchanges and short calls (e.g., confirming a booking) feel comfortable rather than difficult

Qualifications





Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning systems.

Prior administrative or data entry experience preferred

Excellent written English. French language skills are a bonus but not essential
