Key Responsibilities:
• Direct back-of-house hospitality for all events
• Deliver high-level performer hospitality for artists
• Coordinate logistics and services for event management




• Recruit and manage the back-of-house workforce
• Assist with client services to enhance customer experience

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business management or related field
• One year experience in event planning or customer service
• Valid driver’s license required
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
