Lead the camp operations at Agnico Eagle as a General Supervisor, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and promoting safety. This role is critical for our 900-room facility in managing service and logistics.

You will oversee daily operations, working with a large team and maintaining Agnico Eagle’s high standards. Collaborating closely with the Superintendent of Energy and Infrastructure, you will manage room allocation, develop training, and implement an efficient menu plan while respecting budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure overall performance and customer satisfaction at the camp
• Manage room allocation and food services via software
• Develop and implement training within the Camp department




• Oversee menu planning adhering to budget requirements
• Handle inventory management for camp supplies and food

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Management or related fields
• 10 years in facilities management
• Strong managerial and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in a multicultural workplace
