As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be pivotal in onboarding new clients. This hands-on role emphasizes technical account management and customer engagement, working closely with IT teams. You will ensure accurate data management, troubleshoot discrepancies, and improve system configurations to fit client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the technical onboarding of new customers
• Work with client's IT teams for data integration
• Migrate and validate historical employee data
• Monitor customer data for discrepancies
• Collaborate with Engineering to fix and automate issues
Requirements:
• 3-7 years in solutions engineering or account management
• Strong SQL skills, capable of handling complex queries
• Experience with REST APIs and data scripting (Python)
• Excellent written communication for non-technical users
• Familiarity with HR tech systems is a bonus
