With over three years of relevant experience, you'll lead requirements gathering, create design documentation, and actively contribute to the development of D365 CE systems. You'll interact closely with clients and vendors, making you a key resource in the Agile and Microsoft SureStep methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients
• Create detailed design documentation for D365 CE
• Develop and enhance the D365 CE system




• Collaborate with clients, team members, and vendors
• Serve as the primary resource for client interactions

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, MIS, or related field
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification preferred
• Familiarity with SQL Server Reporting Services
• Experience with Field Service solutions
