In this people-focused role, you'll be a trusted partner in delivering smooth, consistent HR support across the organization.This is an exciting opportunity for a current graduate or early-career HR professional looking to gain broad exposure across the Human Resources function. Rather than specializing in one area, you'll have the opportunity to support Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, employee programs, disability management processes, and strategic HR projects.The role is designed to provide diverse experience across the employee lifecycle while helping support evolving priorities across the HR team. with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule.A DAY IN THE LIFESupport a variety of Human Resources activities across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and employee programsCoordinate onboarding, employee documentation, and HR processes throughout the employee lifecycleAssist with recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and hiring supportSupport HR projects, process improvements, system implementations, and special initiativesAssist with disability reconciliation, benefits administration, and employee program coordinationMaintain accurate employee data and support reporting, audits, and compliance activitiesRespond to employee and manager inquiries while delivering exceptional customer serviceHelp coordinate learning programs, employee engagement activities, and recognition initiativesProvide support across the HR team to address changing business needs, project requirements, and team prioritiesCollaborate with HR team members to continuously improve processes and employee experiencesABOUT YOUYou have completed abachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources or related disciplineYou bring 1–3 years of experience in a corporate HR or HR administrative role, supporting a variety of HR activities across the employee lifecycleYou are exceptionally organized,
