Richmond Hill Toyota is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager to lead daily showroom activities, coach a sales team, and optimize new/used vehicle performance. You will structure deals, monitor KPIs, and drive inventory profitability while delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience from first contact to delivery.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of progressive retail automotive sales management, robust leadership, and a proven track record in achieving sales and profitability
