Engaging with clinics and healthcare providers, you will facilitate quick patient access to treatment while enhancing service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Field Nurse Case Managers and Nurse Care Navigators
• Conduct regular visits to clinics for support and evaluation




• Ensure adherence to program protocols and policies
• Act as first point of escalation for clinic and operational issues
• Foster relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with good standing in province
• 3+ years of clinical experience in relevant fields
• Leadership experience preferred
• Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
