You will support the production and distribution of client reports, manage proxy events, and coordinate class action settlements. Solid organizational and analytical skills are essential to handle multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in a dynamic wealth management setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support client reporting and account statements production
• Coordinate proxy voting events and shareholder communications
• Manage class action settlement activities, tracking,



and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams for timely reporting completion
• Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies

Requirements:
• 3+ years in investment operations or related functions
• Experience with proxy events and shareholder services preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Knowledge of Broadridge, FIS, or similar applications
