In this essential role, you will be responsible for instructing and evaluating recent pilots on PC-21 aircraft. Your operational experience will shape their training to ensure the highest safety and performance standards are met. You'll also engage in curriculum development, testing, and continuous improvement of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver training sessions using classroom and synthetic devices
• Conduct instructional sorties and support safety protocols
• Assist in policy and training center documentation




• Collaborate on courseware development and acceptance testing
• Support aviation organizations as a subject matter expert

Requirements:
• Minimum 500 hours flying single-pilot high-performance aircraft
• Transport Canada Commercial Pilot Licence required
• Previous military flying experience within last 10 years
• Valid TC instructor rating and Category 1 medical
• Fluent in English with robust communication skills
