Contribute to mental health and addictions care as a Case Coordinator Nurse with Vancouver Coastal Health in Powell River, BC. Support clients through treatment planning and crisis intervention while enjoying a rich community experience.

This role involves working within a multidisciplinary team using psychosocial rehabilitation models to provide inclusive treatment to clients with mental illness and concurrent disorders. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct intake assessments and mental health evaluations

Requirements:
• Diploma in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing
