YOU could be a part of it.REPORTS TO: Director of eCommerceLOCATION: Pointe-ClaireSALARY RANGE: $55,000 to $60,000POSITION SUMMARY:As an eCommerce Coordinator, you'll get a front-row seat to how a multi-brand ecommerce operation runs. You'll flex across customer service, merchandising and operations for our portfolio of brands.This is a generalist role built for someone proactive and curious. Your day-to-day will shift with the team's priorities, and you'll be expected to pick up new tools, workflows and brand knowledge quickly. It's an ideal entry point into ecommerce for someone who wants to learn how a team operates, across multiple brands, before specializing.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSCustomer Service SupportRespond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional and personable manner across all communication channelsAssist customers with product information, order status, shipping updates and general supportEscalate complex issues to the appropriate team member when neededMerchandising SupportSupport product listings,
descriptions and catalog updates across brandsHelp maintain accurate product data in our PIM and ShopifyAssist eCommerce Merchants with assortment updates and site setupOrder Entry & ManagementAccurately enter and manage orders, including custom or made-to-order items, within internal systemsMonitor order progress and proactively provide updates to customers throughout the lifecycleCoordinate replacements, corrections or exchanges as neededSupport order edits or adjustments prior to fulfillment when requiredAd Hoc SupportSupport the eCommerce team across functions as needs ariseAssist with administrative tasks and ongoing operational initiativesSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE0–2 years of experience in customer service, ecommerce, retail or a related fieldNaturally proactive and curious, with genuine interest in learning how an ecommerce business operates end-to-endFoundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally and empatheticallyHighly detail-oriented with strong accuracyStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with ecommerce platforms (e.G., Shopify) is an assetBilingual (English/French) is an assetIntermediate Excel skills (data entry, basic analysis, vlookup) preferredFoundational AI literacy,
