Cancer Care Alberta is seeking a dynamic Associate Manager for the Cross Cancer Institute in Edmonton. This key role emphasizes operational leadership in oncology, focusing on patient-centered care and quality improvement.

In this full-time position, you will lead inpatient and ambulatory oncology services alongside multidisciplinary teams. Responsible for clinical operations management, staffing, and patient flow, you will ensure services deliver excellence, efficiency, and adherence to organizational goals. Your focus will be on developing a cooperative culture and supporting staff engagement through coaching and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations in oncology
• Manage staffing and patient flow for optimal care




• Lead quality improvement initiatives and practice changes
• Collaborate with teams to address operational challenges
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or equivalent
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in healthcare
